Training Week 10/20-10/26

Down week because race on Saturday was pretty big.

Monday- 11 miles easy
Tuesday- AM:2 up, 3 mile tempo 5:27 pace, 2 down  PM: 7 Easy
Wednesday- 5 up, 4x(400,600), 1.5 down
Thursday- AM 4 easy, PM 6 easy
Friday- AM 3 easy, PM 2 easy(preview of course)
Saturday- 8k race in 26:59, So this was a tougher course than it looked, the first mile was crazy it was super congested and a couple people went down in the first 200. I moved up the rest of the race and finished pretty good considering some side stitch that happened for the second straight race. A lot of times were slow only 9 guys were under 26 and this is usually a very fast race. The next week should be higher mileage wise as the half marathon approaches, and the xc season closes out.
Sunday- 2 up, 10 mile steady state 5:43 avg, 2 down
